WOW!

Today I walked around the center of our complex ten times (around 150 steps per cycle).  TEN TIMES!  Six months ago, when I started this current attempt to lose weight,  I was lucky to get around it once . . and I would hurt for days.   I admit, by round 8 I was pretty tired.  But I had a goal.  And I did it!!  Yay me!
